Lambda Andromeda
A classified dossier on a fictional star system, 3D environments paired with 2D character overlays
Lambda Andromeda is a fictional star system built for a Visual Concepts & Design project at FH Hagenberg, presented as a classified planetary dossier: the exoplanet Astralis Prime, orbiting the black hole V381 Nor; the desert world Trine, mined for the valuable resource "Heartz" by its native Nibu workers; the space station Nexus Arcadia bridging the two; and a series of ships, from the Horizon Shuttle 72 to the mega-class Sentinel Ark-V. Midway through the file, a redacted section, Protocol HARP8: Silent Exodus, hints that not everything about the system is as official as it seems. I handled every 3D environment, ship and planet render; my teammate added the 2D character designs and illustrations layered on top. Made during the summer semester of 2024.
